Description
Start the day off with some stretching and then get running! Begin with walking to get warmed up and then start jogging. Jog until you get tired, then walk about 1-2 minutes and then continue jogging. Do this until you've gone 2 miles. Now it's time to wail away at the punching bag for another 20 minutes! Have fun!!
