Various workouts including Yoga and many balance exercises, strength exercises that are pretty easy but may improve over time (they do show correct form and keep you doing them at a slower pace), aerobics in the form of a nice step program scoring on following the on-screen patterns, shadow boxing against a robot, and running in place where the Wii remote senses up and down movement for strides – there is nice island to explore with great scenes.
