just started myself, im using my nordic trac everyday except weekends for at least 30 mins. sometimes i do it twice a day along with ab workout, push ups and dumbell weights every other day

Hi, I just bought a used Nordic Skier. Need some help on a workout program for it. Everyday for how long per day? 3-5 times a week for how long per workout? Any recommendations would be great!
