I absolutely LOVE yoga! It is the best combination of strength and stretching that I have ever done. I have had many different trainers that have put me through every type of machine or free weight exercise imaginable, but I always enjoy yoga the most. I usually feel so good and energized after yoga unlike some other workouts that I have done where I feel drained.

Never Done yoga before

I've never done Yoga before and my girlfriend thinks I should give it a shot, so here I am and totally confused. How do I do this routine? What is the Sun Salutation, Down Dog, Equestrian and why is prayer included? Basically I'm new to yoga and have no clue what I'm suppose to do. Can anyone clarify this routine for me please. Thanks.

I've recently gotten into yoga and I think it is the most spiritual exercise I have ever done.. it's really good for relaxing and relieving stress. Yoga helps increase your flexibility and strengthen your muscles as well as ease your mind. This is something I can see myself doing for 15 minutes everyday when I wake up.
