Workout Program Description

 This is a good simple series of KB movements that will challenge the beginner.  Like most KB WOs, it can be scaled to challenge advanced practitioners, too.


Try to go through the complex at least 3 times, with no or minimal rest between movements.  For most people, each complex will take 8-10 minutes, with three taking 20-25 minutes.  That is a pretty solid WO.



Swing x 12-20 Get-Up x 1-3 Each Side Squat x 12-20 Clean and Press x 3-6 Each Side Snatch x 5-10 Each Side Repeat 2-3 times without rest

1 set: 20 reps

Missing KB Swing - 1H
2 sets: 20 reps, 20 reps

Missing KB Swing - Alternating 1H
1 set: 20 reps

Missing KB Turkish Get-up RH-LH
2 sets: 3 reps, 3 reps

Missing Squat - Racked 2H
1 set: 12 reps

Missing Clean and Press - Alternating 1H
2 sets: 6 reps, 6 reps

Missing KB Snatch
2 sets: 10 reps, 10 reps
