Workout Program Description
Go as heavy as is safe for you (e.g., 28Kg)
1. KB Swing 2H x 20
2. KB OH Windmill into OH Squat x 5 each side
3. Burpees x10
4. KB Snatch x20 (5 each side x2) Repeat 2-5 times for time. NOTE: DailyBurn can't handle WOs that are intense resistance cardio (ie, "0% Cardio / 100% Strength Training" listed in the Summary) .
