Swim a Mile a Day (FIRST WEEK)
Description
I'm not a doctor, but if you can handle it, swimming a mile a day can have health benefits. This is the first week, use this if you have never swam a mile before

DAY ONE Swim a quarter of a mile 0.25 mi The first step of swimming a mile is conditioning yourself. You cannot just jump in a do it. To condition yourself, you need to work up to a mile. I started with a quarter mile swim. |

DAY TWO Swim a quarter of a mile 0.25 mi Just swimming a quarter of a mile once doesn't condition the body, you have to repeat this several times. On day two, you repeat what you did yesterday, swim a quarter mile. |

DAY THREE Swim a half of a mile 0.5 mi On the third day, you push it up a bit. Now you swim a half a mile. Don't give up. |

DAY FOUR Swim a half of a mile 0.5 mi Today is just past the half way point. You swim a half a mile again, and get ready for tomorrow. |

|
DAY FIVE Swim three quarters of a mile 0.75 mi Coming close to the finish line, pushing your body to the limit. Swimming is known to help the body in every way. |

|
DAY SIX Swim three quarters of a mile 0.75 mi This is it, the last day of conditioning. You swim under a mile for the last time. |

DAY SEVEN Swim a mile 1 mi This is it, time to swim a mile. |
