Strength not Cardio

I am a BodyPump instructor and unfortunately this just doesn't qualify as a cardio workout. We do get our heart rates up, but it is an endurance strength training workout.

Need more bodypump teachers/classes in the US!

I tried bodypump twice at a college gym in Fresno CA. and it was great! Unfortunately, I have moved and can't seem to find a gym that offers bodypump anywhere in the Lynnwood/Everett WA area :( So sad.

Workout Composition

ricardojose - It might be good to add some strength exercises into the definition of the Les Mills Body Pump. Strength training is a big part of this workout. Not having it in the workout definition means folks using this will not have the strength component recognised as part of their energy expenditure.
