their are two variations. First one is two days on one day off (works every muscle once every four days). Second is two days on one day off, two days on two days off. (Works every muscle once every five days)

how often?

I'm guessing you are supposed to do this 3 day split routine, 3 days straight and then take a day off and then 3 days straight again. Anyone know? Thanks
