Workout Program Description

My workout plan for the Planet Fitness that I am a member of. It's a satisfying workout that has gotten me results, and has made me feel fabulous. It is easily adjustable to your fitness level, and you don't over exert yourself so much that you can't get to the gym the next day. I love it.
