My choice

I chose this workout because it was exercises I could do at home. And yes, I do exercises between commercials. I also like that there are several different exercises so boredom will not set in. I like working out around the family, I think it encourages them to workout as well. The family that exercises together lives longer together!

Week 1

I just finished week 1, It was a very tough first week, but I made it and am excited to keep pushing. I moved the shoulders and legs to sat. to make it a 6 day workout. I will keep you guys updated on my status everyweek.

I moved the Road to Victory - Shoulder and Legs exercise from Friday to Saturday as the Road to Victory 3 day already had a Friday exercise. This makes it a 6 day workout, but 24 hours is more than enough recovery time for me personally.

Success with this program?

Anyone had any success with this program. I noticed that some of the comments are from 3 or 4 months ago. Updates anyone?? I'm starting today. And will try to post once a week on my progress.

I chose this exercise program it seems fast and entertaining. I likethings that have many things involved and you don't do the same thing over and over agin. I wish to gain what the program is about body fat lose.

This is a 3 day a week workout but there are 4 workouts. Are you supposed to do the first one everyday and then do each one of the other 3 on alternate days? Thanks for your input!
