Workout Program Description
The U.S. Surgeon General’s recommended guidelines to reduce
the risks for cardiovascular disease is to include 30 minutes of moderate-intense
physical activity on most (preferably, all) days of the week. I chose exercises that I might like to help me effectively meet these goals.
