Workout Program Description
Having never exercised before, I'd like to start by building healthy habits in all areas of fitness (cardio, muscular strength, and flexibility/relaxation). With my current work schedule, I'd like to be more conscious of fitting these exercises in. 1. I would like to reduce my blood pressure by 20/10 points. 2. I would like to gain 5 pounds of muscle over the next three weeks. 3. I would like to be able to run a 5K by the end of the year.
