Preparing for summer

I chose this exercise for two reasons the first reason is because it’s going to help me tone me legs I think that with in a month I will be able to see some results. The second reason is because I’m going to be prepared for summer and not feel self-conscious about me legs being flabby and look unflattering when wearing short shorts and skirts.

Can't Wait For Short Shorts!

Hot Arizona summers always put me in my short shorts, however this never fails to make me wish I had a more toned lower body. This year's going to be different though! With this workout I'll have great legs in time for summer and I won't hesitate for a second when reaching for my short shorts!

I am completely stoked to try this workout. I used to wear shorts all the time and now I just feel like my legs are so large when i do. I'm excited to start this exercise so I can get back to wearing my shorts by the summer time!! :-)

I'm still in school, and i have to change with all the SKINNY girls in the locker room. My legs are most definitely one of the bigger problem areas. haha. (no pun intended) :D Can't wait to try this workout!

OUCH...

I completed two reps of each after a 36 min jog and my legs are now jello! BUT i can tell that it is working...so i guess the pain is worth the effort!! Good luck everyone!! I will check in soon :)

Short Shorts work

I am so excited to start this workout. My problem areas have always been my hips and thighs. Not to mention recently friends have been mentioning the size of my behind as well. I'm not sure if the comments were meant to be a compliment or an insult, but either way I am determine to use this workout religiously. I have been in exercises classes in the past that have used the (or similar) exercises so I have every confidence in the effectiveness.

Since having a baby 10 months ago I haven't had the chance to do much in terms of excercise. I managed to lose all of the baby weight but I also lost all of my pre-baby shape, with my thighs and midsection taking the worst hit.

Summer is coming! That is the number one reason I need this workout. I am hoping to get my legs in shape for my memorial day dance show. Costumes show a lot of leg!

I chose this workout cause i really wanna let my legs more tone again how they use to be when i was playing basketball all the time. and i will have to try those jump squats that you recommend. I usually just do lungs with weights and regular squats

Jump Squats

I recommend anyone doing this program also does jump squats - they're just like regular squats but instead of standing back up you jump up from the down position, then land and start again - it kills and is AMAZING!
