The U.S. Surgeon General recommends that  in order to reduce risks of cardiovascular disease is to do 30 minutes of moderate-intense physical activity on perferably but most days of the week.

The work out listed allows you to chose whether you would want to work out in or out doors depends on weather, mood, ect.
