Workout Program Description
Alternate Cardio and workout, and alternate workouts as it shows in the calendars. (Lower - Cardio - Upper - Cardio - Lower - Cardio - Free Day) Odd Week (Upper - Cardio - Lower - Cardio - Upper - Cardio - Free Day) Even Week Repeat. For cardio choose one of the activities (no, you do not have to do them all) just - and at least - one.
