Workout Program Description

The surgeon General's recommended guidelines to reduce the risks for cardiovascular disease is to include  30 minutes of moderate-intense physical activity on most (preferably,all) days of the week.    

I chose these exercises to help with lower back pain,to increase heart rate to help build a stronger heart muscle and to help with a weight loss/management program.

Description

Ride stationary bike for 1 mile, 30 min. a day for 6 days a week. walk on the treadmill for 1 mile for 30 min a day 6 days a week, use the stair climber for 30 min. a day 6 days a week.
