Workout Program Description

The U.S. Surgeon General’s recommended guidelines to reduce the risks

for cardiovascular disease is to include 30 minutes of moderate-intense

physical activity on most (preferably, all) days of the week.

This program focuses less on strength exercises and more on cardio. It includes a variety of cardio exercises I feel others will enjoy doing just as much as I do.

Small Yoga

Small Step Aerobics

Many gyms offer step aerobics classes so that you can learn and exercise alongside a group of people. Step aerobics offers a good cardiovascular workout that is both intense and low impact.

Small Pilates

Pilates is a fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches you awareness of breath and the alignment of the spine to apply to exercises that strengthen your core.
