Walking rather than running

I love my treadmill! My regular schedule is walking for one hour a day, every single day.... but I enjoy it. I cannot run more than five minutes at a time...I get too tired and it's hard on my knees. Hope it will change with time... :)

Wants to Run and Run without stopping

Right now I can barely run a minute without becoming too tired to keep running. I am hoping this program will help me over come that. I hope to be able to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes without stopping.

Running from or to?

I am joining this program to help keep me on track. I have a treadmill in the garage that I promise myself I will use at least once a day and sometimes a whole week goes by before I get back on it. To stay on my weight loss plan I need to keep my cardio in check, along with my core workouts. I hope to fit in at least 30 minutes of treadmill every day.

Running in the morning

It nice a simple RUNNING! I already use the treadmill in the morning and it's a great way to start your morning. I use it instead of a cup of coffee once your done you feel wide awake and ready to tackle anything the day seems to throw at you. It’s also great cardio and builds stamina.

I go to the gym a lot but i never really use the treadmill. Its there, and i need to start running more so ill give it a shot.

You can only lose weight if you sweat more calories than you eat...so if you can walk/run a lot or enough to over-power your calorie intake...
