Workout Program Description

This workout program consists of two workouts. One consisting solely of the strength exercises and the other combining the aerobic activities, yoga, and balance games. I didn't feel the need to individually list every yoga pose or balance game, as I'd personally rather input total time for those components, and not have to go through every single one.

There's no explanations or descriptions, since you can get all that in the game. Sorry if it's incomplete I haven't unlocked ...
