Using this breathing method can help improve your metabolism.

Missing Half moon
Stretches your waist muscles and can help improve your posture and digestive health.

Missing Warrior
Strengthens your thighs and hips, and also helps align your pelvis

Missing Tree
Helps strengthen your legs and back.

Missing Sun Salutation
Tones your arms and thighs.

Missing Standing Knee
Improves flexibility in your thighs

Missing Palm Tree
Helps strengthen your ankles and stretches your back.

Missing Chair
Helps to strengthen your back and legs, as well as your abs

Helps strengthen your lower body and tone your waist.

How to log strength exercises?

How do you log the strength exercises? It just says x reps of y weight. Would it be my body weight times reps? Push up that makes sense, but some like lunge that does not.
