Missing Tabata Pushups
Do as many Reps in 20 seconds then rest 20 seconds. (1 set) repeat for 3 sets

Missing Tabata Pullups
Do as many Reps in 20 seconds then rest 20 seconds. (1 set) Repeat for 3 sets.

Missing Tabata Thrusters
Do as many Reps in 20 seconds then rest 20 seconds. (1 set) Repeat for 4 sets. (Thrusters are a shoulder press and squat combination)
