Workout Program Description

Entry level of the Bodyweight challenges.  The exercises are to be completed in under 15 minutes.  Once this has been accomplished, it's time to move on to the Bodyweight 250 Challenge.

 

- (20) Prisoner squats

- (20) Jumps

- (5) Chin-ups

- (20) Forward lunges

- (15) Close-grip push-ups

First Attempt

First time try this. We are given 15 minutes to complete these and I did it in 3:17. I suppose this workout is more of a test to make sure people are fit enough for the next levels that are more difficult. On to the 250 for me :)
