Workout Program Description
This Program is designed to help promote strength gains, and also to promote fat loss. Attempts have been made to do these two together, however, i feel i have actually created a program that works! Strength Training: This is based on Pyramid training, whereby you decrease the amount of reps, as the weights increases. With the first set, generally of 12reps being almost a warm-up set for each exercise, so this doesn't always have to be increased/progressed.
