Workout Program Description

This Program is designed to help promote strength gains, and also to promote fat loss. Attempts have been made to do these two together, however, i feel i have actually created a program that works!

Strength Training: This is based on Pyramid training, whereby you decrease the amount of reps, as the weights increases. With the first set, generally of 12reps being almost a warm-up set for each exercise, so this doesn't always have to be increased/progressed.

What I plan to gain

I like this workout because it covers your whole body. It focuses and 1-2 individual body parts, like that you feel more of a burn. I think with the high reps and stay consistent with the workout I should start becoming more toned in no time. It seems to be a lot to do but I think It won’t be so bad once I get started
