Description
Place one foot on the middle of the BOSU trainer. Lower your back knee about 1-2 inches to the ground. Press up and over the BOSU until your back leg becomes your front leg. Lower your back knee towards the ground and in one motion push through your front leg up and back over the BOSU so you are back in the starting position and repeat.
