Description
The first week, perform each exercise 3 times. Week by week increase each exercise 3 times until each exercise is performed 21 times. Continue to perform the exercises daily with 21 repetitions. It's ok to skip a day, but if you've skipped 2 days, you must start the entire process over by beginning with 3 times, and working back up to 21.
