Description

It's been said that interval training is superior to distance training. I have no idea if this is correct, but I have used interval training with great success. For Tuesday and Thursday, you should walk briskly for 5 minutes to warm up, followed by: 60 seconds sprint 2 minutes rest Follow this for a total of 5 sprints. Remember to stretch before AND after running.
