2008 Mens Health Gold Medal Cardio

Part of the 2008 Mens Health Gold Medal Workout program.

This workout has never been performed.


Do this on the off days (if you're lifting M-W-F, do cardio on Tu-Th-Sat). This should be done in intervals for 30 minutes. 5 minute warm up, then sprint for 10 seconds and jog for 1 minute and 50 seconds 10 times, and then a 5 minute cool down. Intervals can be done with any cardio exercise, I just chose running.
