Description
Do this on the off days (if you're lifting M-W-F, do cardio on Tu-Th-Sat). This should be done in intervals for 30 minutes. 5 minute warm up, then sprint for 10 seconds and jog for 1 minute and 50 seconds 10 times, and then a 5 minute cool down. Intervals can be done with any cardio exercise, I just chose running.
