Description

Rock climbing can be performed either outdoors on natural rock faces, or indoors on an artificial rock wall. Climbing will help improve your strength and provides an excellent full-body workout. The forearms and lats are especially targeted, while the abs, arms, and legs also get a great workout. Note: Special equipment is needed and supervision is required when first learning.
