Description
This is a mixture of the barbell pullover and a front raise on bench. Lie on a flat bench and grab a barbell using a grip about 15 inches apart, Place the bar on your upper thighs and lock your arms. Now raise the weight over your head. This is the first part of the exercise. Now continue the same movement behind your head as far back as possible like the reverse of a pullover.
