Description
Do this after breakfast. Swim laps for a while, but don't be surprised when you can only do 1 or 2! Just stay in the water and splash around for a while and then do another lap when you think you can. As long as you're in the pool for 15 minutes, you win. Eventually you'll be able to do laps for the whole 15 minutes.
