Description

Don't forget to stretch real quick and walk for a little bit before and after you start running! Also, don't expect to be able to run for more than a few minutes straight at first. At first, push yourself to 5 minutes the first two times, and then walk and run in intervals for the rest of the day's 30 minutes. Then aim for 7, then 10, then 14, then 18, then 22, then 26, then finally 30.
