200 Crunches

Description

Do these before you go to bed. At first, just try to do 25 or 35 at a time and then take a break (as long as you need) before continuing until you've done 200. Each time, add just 10 or 15 more to each set until you can do all 200 at once. Don't worry too much about having perfect form when you start. The important thing is to establish the habit, so just try to gradually improve your technique and intensity as time goes on.

Lie flat on your back with your feet flat on the ground, or resting on a bench with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. If you are resting your feet on a bench, place them three to four inches apart...
