Description
I usually start with 15-20 minute on the bouldering wall and then try and squeeze in 2-3 10 meter climbs in an hour (alternating with Belaying for my partner) Make sure you stretch well before and after climbing and try and soak in the bath upon your return to ease next day muscle ache! This burns a massive 650 cals an hour!
